Majority of the products that we sell comes with a warranty that provides ‘Free of Cost’ replacement of spare parts. Each product’s warranty card has a list of items that you can be claimed if the product undergoes performance issues.

Most of the brands that we offer have free replacement of spare parts. The cost of the spare parts will not be charged however the delivery cost and the fitting  replacement) services will be nominally charged according to your location.

That is totally up to you. You can claim your free spare part and hire a technician for the fixtures. Or you can tell us to get the job done. TPS
has an experienced team of technicians and engineers that are qualified for assembling residential, commercial or Industrial scale water  ystems.

We provide a warranty of 2 years (starting from the date of sales) Please Note: You need to show your warranty card to the technical team for validation.

Depending on the location, our technical team will visit you within 48 hours and assess the system. After thorough analysis the team will provide you with a solution. If the problem is minor then the team will resolve your problem on spot. If your product requires a component replacement then it might take 5-7 working days depending on the availability of the component. Or it might need to be shipped (imported) from the country where the product is manufactured. Please Note: You need to show your warranty card to the technical team for validation.
